The following account restrictions are in place for legal reasons, and to protect minors from potential online threats.
Per One Piece Shop’s Terms of Service (TOS), you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence to have an account. When you open a One Piece Shop account, you are agreeing to a binding legal contract. Before an individual can enter into a binding legal agreement known as a contract, they must meet the legal contract age. The legal contract age is also referred to as the age of majority, which is 18 years old in most jurisdictions.
Minors under the age of 13 are not permitted to use One Piece Shop’s services. Any Minors under the age of 18 and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use One Piece Shop’s services only if the account is owned by and registered in the name of their legal parent or guardian with their appropriate permission and acceptance of One Piece Shop’s TOS.
All account activity must be under the direct supervision of the parent or legal guardian who is the owner of the account and is responsible for any and all activity conducted and any financial obligations incurred by any minor associated with the account.
- All registration and contact information must belong to the parent or legal guardian who owns the account.
- All financial information on the account, such as payment and payout information including: credit card, debit cards, prepaid cards, bank accounts or PayPal accounts, must be that of the parent or legal guardian who owns the account.
- All purchases made or items listed by minors must be under the direct supervision of the parent or legal guardian who owns the account.
- All verification of identity and/or tax information provided to One Piece Shop must belong to the parent or legal guardian who owns the account.
Any account identified to be owned or operated by a minor may result in suspension, limitation or termination of the account. Accounts identified that were operated by a minor of at least 13 years of age may be eligible to be reopened when the minor reaches the age of 18 and can verify their identity and accept One Piece Shop’s Terms of Service.
